The
introduction of the PNP-ITP-PGS, “The PNP
Transformation Roadmap 2030”, marks the CHALLENGE of Daanbantayan Police Station in accomplishing the mandate of the PNP. It is expected that
PGS will make our desired destination attainable and clearly measurable through
its effectiveness in preventing crimes, suppressing or controlling crimes while
in progress and solving those that has already been committed. However, these
was not easily accepted in Daanbantayan Police Station due to the limited
number of personnel; inadequate logistical resources which are greater barriers
or obstacles vis-a-vis the implementation and sustainability of the Integrated Transformation Program (ITP).
Instilling
of Performance Governance System (PGS) in Daanbantayan Police Station came
under scrutiny of not just negative public perception but as well as
disapproving criticisms from personnel in the station due to the ever-changing
programs that were existent only at term of office of our previous Chief PNPs.
